Since 1987 Paul R. Burns, Esq. has been involved in real estate development including projects in the Hawaiian Islands, Oregon, and California with an emphasis on residential development in Santa Barbara County since 1993. His projects include mid-range and luxury residential, ranch and subdivision properties. Additionally, his real estate projects include residences with alternative energy systems and off the grid (solar powered) housing.

Paul R. Burns is an honors graduate of Santa Barbara College of Law and has been a member of the California State Bar since May of 2004.
